<note>Background: In the dynamic and demanding property sector, employee performance is significantly influenced by three key factors: work ethic, human relations, and work environment. Work ethic refers to an individual's deeply held beliefs and values about work, which motivate and guide their behavior. Human relations refer to the quality of interactions and relationships between employees and their supervisors, as well as among colleagues. Work environment refers to the physical and social conditions in which employees work, such as the office layout, resources, and culture. This study investigates how human relations and work environment affect work ethics and shows how work ethics mediates the relationship between human relations and work environment on employee performance.
